1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuantumLink website (quantumlinktoken.com) and participating in the QNTM token presale, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase tokens.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted in your jurisdiction to purchase digital assets. By participating, you confirm that:

You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where token sales are prohibited
You are not on any sanctions list or acting on behalf of a sanctioned entity
You understand the risks associated with digital assets and blockchain technology

3. Token Presale

The QNTM token presale is conducted on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC). By purchasing tokens:

You acknowledge that QNTM tokens are utility tokens and do not represent equity, shares, or securities
The minimum purchase amount is $100 worth of BNB, USDC, or USDT
Stage bonuses (+30%, +20%, +10%) are applied automatically at the smart contract level
Tokens are allocated upon purchase and will be claimable after the presale concludes
All transactions on the blockchain are final and non-refundable

4. Risks

Important: Digital assets carry significant risks. The value of QNTM tokens may fluctuate and you could lose some or all of your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Regulatory risk — laws governing digital assets may change
Technology risk — smart contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities
Market risk — token value is subject to market conditions
Liquidity risk — there may be limited markets for trading QNTM tokens

5. No Guarantees

QuantumLink makes no guarantees regarding:

Future token value or returns on investment
Specific timelines for mainnet launch, exchange listings, or feature releases
The performance or uptime of the QuantumLink network

The roadmap and whitepaper represent current intentions and are subject to change based on technical, regulatory, or market developments.

6. Holder Rewards

The dividend system described on this website is subject to the terms encoded in the smart contract. Reward rates (1%–5% annual) are targets and may be adjusted based on ecosystem performance and token holder governance decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of QuantumLink and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

To complete a token purchase we collect your name, email address, and phone number along with the wallet address you provide for claim eligibility. We may also log your IP address for fraud prevention and jurisdictional compliance. 9. Limitation of Liability
